Scotland is the most neighbourly area of Britain, a survey has claimed.The report published by Halifax Home Insurance also found that Britain is more neighbourly than it was 5 years ago. Scotland scored 100 points out of a maximum 121 on the Halifaxe Home Insurance Neighbourliness barometer,which marked regions on 11 categories.London often assumed to be the least friendly scored 46 points,but the lowest score was the N.E, with just 41 points.

I've always found the cappunicos served in London to be of upmost neighborliness..
